Scalene Stretches
For fine tuning this stretch to meet the specific needs of your neck pain, connect these positions by VERY slowly rolling your neck from position to position. When you notice a really tight area, pause and take 3-5 diaphragmatic breath (if you don’t know what this is, checkout our breathwork section) then keep rolling until you hit another tight area.
