Pectoralis stretch

Bring this stretch to the next level:

  • Get some pillows or yoga blocks to support you in the position where you start to feel the stretch, then relax on your supports

  • Use the 3-part breath to maximally expand your ribs, the pectoralis inserts on your upper rib cage, so deep breathing will oxygenate, stimulate your relaxation response, and cause a deeper stretch
