Neti Pot
Consider using a netipot if you are experiencing:
Acute nasal and sinus congestion
Sinus pain and pressure
Chronic postnasal drip cough
Chronic rhinorrhea
3 important things to remember
CLEAN - clean your hands and the device carefully with soap and hot water, dry well. Use distilled water and netipot saline packets to fill the pot
LEAN FORWARD: Make sure the water is staying in the front of your face so it won’t choke you
BREATHE: Keeping breathing, breath through your mouth only
Do not use netipot if you have cancer in your ear/nose/throat (ENT). IF you have had ENT surgeries be sure to remind your doctor of this and check that this device is safe to use.
